Alen is so sure that their air purifiers will improve your life, that they give you 60 days to try them out and decide. So, go ahead and order that purifier, then plug it in. Most customers report experiencing a difference within 48 hours. But if, for whatever reason, you decide that you don’t want to keep your purifier, you can send it back.
Call Customer Service within 60 days of receiving your air purifier or complete the online support form. You can then repackage your purifier in the original Alen box. If you threw it out, no worries. They’ll send you a new one. They will then give you a FedEx label to attach to the box. Drop it off at a nearby location or schedule a pickup. Once Alen gets the purifier, they will process your refund.
Every Alen product comes with their Forever Guarantee. This means for the duration of the product’s life, you can get hassle-free service, and their in-house experts will help you solve whatever problems occur. If they can’t fix it, they’ll happily send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.
