As a Silver member, you’ll earn one point per $1 you spend. Gold members can earn 1.25 points per $1, and Berry members can earn 1.5 points per $1.
Once you earn 200 points, you can redeem them for a special $10 Reward Certificate. You can combine this with an American Girl discount code for even more savings at checkout. As an AG Rewards member, you’ll also get an annual Reward Certificate on their membership anniversary, a bonus for your birthday, and occasional offers like free items with select orders.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from American Girl, you can return it for a refund within 90 days. For items from the Janie & Jack Collection, you only have 30 days to return your purchase. To get started, you can bring your purchase to any American Girl store, or contact their team online for a return shipping label.
If you choose to return your items online, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Some items are not returnable.
