You can only return full cases of products that are in original condition and complete with their packaging. You must pay for return shipping unless your products are defective. Customized products also cannot be returned unless they are defective. You can contact their team to get started with your return.
Customized products can’t be returned to Bags & Bows unless they’re defective. But if you’ve placed a custom order and you no longer need it, you may be able to cancel your order. Just contact their customer service team by phone.
