To do a return, click on “Returns Info,” under “Help.” In the blue box, enter your order number and zip code, then click “Find Order.” On the next page, confirm that your shipping address details are correct. Check the boxes next to the items on your order that you want to return. After that, click the “Generate Return,” button and that’s it. You’ll receive an email with instructions that you need to do next and your pre-paid shipping label.
