If you’re not fully satisfied with your totes or other products from CheapTotes, you can return them for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. To qualify for a return, all of your items must be in completely original, brand new condition. Unless your order is defective or incorrect, you will also have to pay a 25% restocking fee to return your purchase.
You are responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping, too. CheapTotes also does not accept exchanges, only returns. To get started with your return, just send an email to their team or give CheapTotes a call. Their team will handle things from there.
