If you buy a product and it goes on sale for a lower price within three days, they’ll issue a partial refund for the difference in price. Just contact their team to get started. If you don’t love how your new dress looks or fits, act fast. Couture Candy does offer returns, but you must send your items back within five days of delivery. As long as your dress or other product is in original condition, you’ll get a full refund in the form of store credit, and you can use this to buy a new dress right away. Just email their team their team to get an RMA number started.
Some fees may apply to some returns, too. They will charge a 20% fee if you use a Couture Candy discount code on your order, or if you don’t send your item back within five days of getting your RMA. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% fee, and no returns are accepted for any reason after 14 days.
