If you’re a frequent customer, you definitely need to join the rewards program. You can join by downloading the Dave & Buster’s Rewards app for your smartphone. Once you’re a member, you’ll earn Chips for each game you play, as well as one bonus Chip per $1 you spend, up to a limit of 50 per day.
Chips can be redeemed to play games for free. As you earn more Chips, you’ll also increase your Rewards Status. If you hit level five, you’ll get Icon status, and earn 10% more Chips on Power Card recharges. If you hit level seven, you’ll get Legend status, and earn 15% more Chips on Power Card recharges.
