All carriers, weather covers, and nursing pillows from Ergobaby are built to last and come with a lifetime warranty. This will protect against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the product lasts. It doesn’t protect against normal wear and tear. Other products also have limited warranties, but they vary in length depending on the product.
To file a warranty claim, contact Ergobaby Customer Care. They will determine which warranty applies and help you out with returning your item to get a new one free-of-charge. You will need to have a proof of purchase to make a warranty claim, so be sure to keep all your receipts.
