Every case, sleeve, bag, and other product you order at Incase comes with a one-year limited warranty. This will protect you from any defects in the materials or workmanship under normal use. If there are any issues, Incase will replace the product with another of equal value. Again, the warranty is only good within 365 days of the purchase date.
In order to make a warranty claim, go to the website and click on “Warranty” under “Support” at the bottom of the website. You can then click on the button labeled “Submit a Warranty Request.” They will guide you through the entire process from there.
