Whether it’s not the right espresso machine for you or you just want to try a different brand, Jura makes it simple. As long as it’s fully unused and in original packaging, you can send your product back for a refund within 30 days. To get started, you’ll need to call Jura for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Filters, carafes, cleaning products, and other accessories do not typically qualify for returns. You will have to pay for return shipping yourself. It’s also important to repack your espresso machine properly to ensure it’s not damaged during return shipping.
Your new Jura coffee machine is built to provide years of delicious, always-fresh espresso. All machines for home use are warrantied for two years or up to 6,000 coffee brewings, whichever comes first. If your machine fails within this time, you can send it back for free repairs and servicing.
For new workplace machines and factory serviced machines, the warranty runs for one year or 6,000 brewings. All accessories are also guaranteed for a year. Their warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It excludes things like misuse, intentional/accidental damage, or failure to maintain your machine properly.
