Kenny Flowers wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Should you change your mind, items can be exchanged or returned. Need a different size, or want to exchange for a different style? No problem! Use the returns portal on their website. You have 21 days from the shipping date to request an exchange or return. Items must be delivered back to the Kenny Flowers warehouse within 30 days of the date of shipping for exchanges.
Receive a store credit or refund back to your original payment method for items you want to return. For store credit, items must be delivered to the warehouse within 21 days of being shipped, and for a full refund, items must be delivered within 30 days. After your request is received, you’ll get a prepaid shipping label. For full refunds, $8 will be deducted for processing.
