However, accidents do happen and if your dog car harness is damaged in an accident, you can use the Safe Again Program to get a new one. The program was started in 2017 with the goal of offering safe and reliable harness replacement at no cost.
No matter the brand of the harness, you can contact Kurgo at info@kurgo.com to fill out their harness accident claim form. After you’ve filled that out detailing the car accident, they will send you a free replacement harness within 15 days. You will need to include a police report of the accident and a photo of the damaged harness along with the form.
