Should anything happen to your equipment, MYX fitness will fix or replace anything at no cost for up to a year after your order. You can also pay a fee for any additional years of warranty with “Extend” at checkout.
To repair or replace your bike, you must provide the serial number, proof of purchase date, and the date you discovered any defect, and email help@myxfitness.com to raise a claim. If your claim fits within the specified warranty period and terms, then you are eligible to have any defective parts replaced. You can rest-assured knowing your big investment will be protected for 12 months after your order.
