If you get the wrong filter, order too many, or are not satisfied with the filters Nordic Pure has sent you, you can send them back for a full refund within 30 days. Your filters must be unused and in original packaging. You also cannot receive the full refund if you've used a Nordic Pure coupon code to lower your total. You cannot return a filter once you’ve installed it, however.
You also will have to pay for the cost of return shipping. You can send your filters back with your preferred shipping carrier, or contact Nordic Pure for a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. If you get a prepaid label, this cost will be subtracted from your refund. To get started with your return, you can call Nordic Pure or fill out a return form on their website.
