Not satisfied with items you bought at Party City? You can return most in-store and online purchases to any location within 30 days. You'll need your original receipt or order confirmation email. Returned items should be in new condition and their original packaging. In-store returns are always free.
You can send back your items by mail, too, but it will cost you. Party City will give you a prepaid return label and deduct shipping costs from your refund. Keep in mind that there are some things you can't return. They include helium tanks, and custom or personalized items. Partial party kits and components, as well as Blade & Timber birthday kits are also not returnable.
