If you’re not happy with your RaceChip or you have changed your mind about your order, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. Just contact RaceChip for return instructions. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
To qualify for a return, your products must be intact, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of order delivery. Once RaceChip processes your return, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method.
