Most rigs that you purchase at SmallRig come with a two-year warranty. This will protect your rig from any sort of damage that isn’t caused by normal use or yourself. With this warranty, if something happens due to a manufacturing or materials defect, they will replace your rig for free, even if you used a SmallRig coupon code.
To file a warranty claim, all you have to do is send them an email addressing the issue including photos and possibly video. A representative will get back in touch with you within 24 hours. They will work to troubleshoot the issue and if they can’t fix it, they will send you instructions for a return. They’ll then send you a new item.
