Kitties can be picky! That’s why Smalls has a refund policy for their Sampler Pack. Each Sampler Pack includes a wide variety of their fresh, “human-grade” food for a discounted price. And if your cat doesn’t like the flavors and textures in this Sampler Pack, you can get a full refund.
All you have to do is feed your cat normally. If they won’t eat their food from Smalls, you have 30 days from the delivery date to reach out to their customer service team. The Smalls team will provide you with some tips on making a transition to new food. If your kitty still doesn’t like Smalls, you can get a full refund. It’s just that simple!
If your kitty loves Smalls, you’ll have the option to subscribe after they try their Sampler Pack. Once you subscribe, their meals will be delivered right to your door every 28 days. All Smalls meals are frozen to ensure quality, and should be kept in your freezer to maintain freshness.
But life happens. If you need to skip some shipments due to travel or any other situations, you can postpone your deliveries for up to eight weeks in total. You also have the option to cancel without any fees or penalties. After canceling, you can resume your subscription at any time, too.
