Stanley believes in the quality of their products. That's why all their stainless steel vacuum components come with a free lifetime warranty. This warranty applies to components in their flasks, coolers, tumblers, and other products. Has the stainless steel insulated component failed in your bottle? Has the thermal performance degraded after normal use? You qualify for free repairs or even a free product replacement.
However, the lifetime warranty only covers the stainless steel components of your product. It does not cover plastic or other components. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To file a claim, you can contact the Stanley customer support team.
Stanley has you covered if you decide that a product you ordered isn’t quite right for your needs. To qualify for returns, products purchased should be unused, and in original condition with the packaging. As long as your items are in unused condition and returned with all original packaging and tags, you can get a full refund within 30 days.
This applies to all items purchased directly from the Stanley website. The one exception is for customized products made with the Stanley Create design tool. Since custom-made items are made just for you, they are considered to be final sale. But if your item arrived damaged, customers should immediately contact customer service.
