Vans allows free returns of all products within 30 days of receiving them. This applies to everything from socks, bags, jackets, and other products. The only exclusion is custom products as they are not applicable for returns.
When returning a product at Vans, you have two options; refunds or exchanges. Online exchanges are, however, unavailable so you will have to visit their physical store or Vans Outlet instead. Fill in the necessary details such as order number, email address, and zip code.
Once that is done, follow the given instructions for packing. With that out of the way, you can ship the product(s).
Once the package is received on their end, you will receive your refund. Do note that the process could take up to 7 to 14 business days.
