Home Chef offers a variety of sizes when it comes to their meal boxes, depending on how many people you’re cooking for and how many meals you want to receive each week. However, the more people you cook for and the more meals you choose to get each week, the more the price drops per meal.
When you purchase meals for two people, the per meal price starts at $11.99 versus $9.99 when you go up to four or more people. Likewise, when you choose two meals a week, you start at $11.99 per meal while they start at $9.99 per meal when you go up to three or more meals per week.

Home Chef’s cancellation policy is flexible, allowing subscribers to stop their service anytime without long-term commitments. To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings, and select the cancellation option. Be sure to complete this before the weekly cut-off time which is 12 PM on Friday, to avoid being charged for the following week’s delivery. If you cancel after this deadline, the next scheduled delivery will still be processed.
For those not ready to cancel entirely, Home Chef offers alternatives such as pausing your subscription, skipping specific deliveries, or adjusting your delivery frequency.
