Irv’s Luggage offers 30-day returns with no questions asked. If you purchase the wrong bag or you’re just not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of your order date. All returned merchandise must be in completely unused, new condition, complete with tags and packaging.
You also must pay for the cost of return shipping. Some products, like personal hygiene items, items not in original condition, or items returned later than 30 days, do not qualify for returns.
